This hotel offers spacious rooms with good facilities and a large, comfortable bed. The service provided was excellent, with efforts made to rectify any issues, and even offering additional Wi-Fi time. The location is convenient, close to schools and the Newmarket shopping centre, while also being easily accessible via public transport. The dining experience offered fresh products, enhancing the overall stay. On the downside, the carpet in the room needs attention, but overall, a stay in this hotel is recommended for its value for money and friendly staff.
The hotel offers a nice and cozy stay with well-equipped rooms and friendly service. However, dining options are limited, and Wi-Fi comes at an additional cost.
The hotel's location was convenient, close to main events in Auckland and the circus at Alexander Park. They even offered us a free lift to the Stadium, which we really appreciated. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing without air conditioning as booked, no kitchenette as expected, and the bed left unmade. The service, though, made efforts to rectify the situation and even extended our wifi time. The dining experience lacked variety only offering fruit salads. The price we paid seemed fair given the helpful shuttle service and proximity to public transport.
